Echoes of the Ancestors is a guided, community-centered therapeutic drumming experience inspired by REMO HealthRHYTHMS, designed to help you reconnect with your roots, process emotions held in the body, and honor those who came before you.
Through rhythm, we create space for both grief and gratitude—for remembering loved ones, acknowledging lineage, and exploring what it means to carry their legacy forward.
No musical experience is needed. This is not about performance—it’s about presence.

A folding chair (there will be no seats provided), water, comfortable clothing
A photo, name, or small object to honor an ancestor (optional)

As winter begins to loosen its grip and the days slowly grow warmer, you’re invited to step into rhythm, connection, and renewal. Awakening the Heartbeat of Hope is a guided community drumming experience designed to help you release stress, lift your mood, and reconnect with a sense of hope—especially in times that feel heavy, uncertain, or overwhelming.
Using the evidence-based REMO Health Rhythms approach, we’ll drum together in a supportive, welcoming space. No musical experience is required. Each drum becomes an extension of your heartbeat, offering grounding, regulation, and a powerful reminder that you are not alone.
Rooted in ancestral traditions of rhythm as medicine and informed by modern neuroscience, this circle invites you to gently let go of winter’s weight and awaken new energy, warmth, and possibility in your body. You’ll leave feeling more connected, more present, and more supported—by yourself and by community.

Ancestral Messages Through Tarot
Join us for a gentle, therapeutic tarot experience designed to help you reconnect with ancestral wisdom, deepen self-reflection, and honor those who came before you.
In this circle, we’ll explore tarot not as fortune-telling, but as a mirror — a way to see ourselves, our stories, and our lineage through imagery, color, and symbol. Together, we’ll learn to weave meaning from what we see, using storytelling as a pathway toward healing and understanding.
No tarot experience is needed. This gathering is guided and experiential, allowing participants to move at their own pace while feeling supported in a reflective, heart-centered space.
You’re invited to bring a photo or small item representing a deceased loved one to place on our ancestral altar, a shared space of remembrance and gratitude. Light refreshments will be served.
Each participant will also receive a small spiritual gift bag, thoughtfully prepared to support your continued practice of connecting with your ancestors beyond our time together.

Join us for an uplifting outdoor drum circle where we honor the season of transition. Through guided rhythm, reflection, and community connection, you’ll release what no longer serves you and welcome new beginnings. No experience needed—just come as you are. Drums and percussion provided.
