Echoes of the Ancestors

Echoes of the Ancestors

A Therapeutic Drumming Experience

Remember. Honor. Reconnect through rhythm.

There are stories, strengths, and sacrifices that live within you—carried through generations, often unspoken, yet deeply felt.

Echoes of the Ancestors is a guided, community-centered therapeutic drumming experience inspired by REMO HealthRHYTHMS, designed to help you reconnect with your roots, process emotions held in the body, and honor those who came before you.

Through rhythm, we create space for both grief and gratitude—for remembering loved ones, acknowledging lineage, and exploring what it means to carry their legacy forward.

No musical experience is needed. This is not about performance—it’s about presence.
