Healing Through Grief, Trauma & the Body
Grief & Loss Therapy
-
Grief comes in many forms—from the death of a loved one to the loss of a role, a relationship, or a part of yourself. It can leave you feeling disoriented, heavy, and unsure how to move forward. My approach to grief therapy honors all forms of loss and offers a space where your sorrow, memories, and questions can be held with care. You’ll be supported in making meaning of your loss, connecting with your inner wisdom, and gently creating room for healing and growth.
Trauma-Informed Therapy
-
Trauma affects the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. Whether you've experienced a single event or ongoing hardship, trauma-informed therapy can help you feel safe, grounded, and more in control of your life. I use a sensitive, personalized approach to help you process trauma at your own pace—always guided by trust, consent, and compassion. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
Somatic Therapy
-
We hold so much in our bodies—tension, survival responses, and emotional wounds. Somatic therapy brings the body into the healing process, helping you reconnect with your nervous system, feel more present, and release what’s been stored for too long. Through grounding, breath, movement, and gentle awareness, we’ll work together to help you feel more regulated, whole, and empowered in your body and your life.
